Hi friends!

By now, you may have heard that Ford is hosting news outlets and media guests in the Austin area to experience the Broncos firsthand. People are getting to share information this week with drive impressions to come later.

Despite the team at BN being a bit spoiled in how much we've been blessed enough to touch, drive, and look at Broncos, Ford was kind to extend an invitation.

We got the call last night; I booked a flight, and now here I am for today and tomorrow.

Now's yet another chance to ask questions and request pictures and all that!

@Laura I recently purchased a Yakima LockNLoad Platform K, which is 49” wide. I plan to attach the platform to the Ford crossbars using Yakima crossbar clamps. My hope is the platform will nest in between the two parallel roof rails which thereby minimizes snagging a tree branch on narrow wooded trails.

If one of the Broncos in Austin has the Ford roof rails installed and you happen to have a measuring tape, could you collect two measurements? Could you collect the measurement for the distance in inches which separate the two parallel rails? Please collect the distance between the inside and the outside edges of the roof rails?

Thank you!

Luv me some Carbonized Gray! Yummy! ... the Texas native pecan tree lurking behind the Bronco makes arrival that much more real. Soon! Got no VIN; but I'll win this wait. Yes, gunna win!

Oh boy!!
If you have the Decibel meter app on your phone, could you record the sound levels at various speeds? Does that Bronco have AT or MT tires?
Here is a long shot! Can you run it thru a car wash to check for leaks?
If the model does not have Sport mode, could you switch to Baja and engage 2H? Your impressions?
