Anyone staying at horseshoe Bay for the Texas offshore rodeo in January 2022

I just signed up for the Texas off-road rodeo on January 15, 2020 a one day event and I’m going to spend a few days at the horseshoe Bay hotel. Don’t know what to expect about the rodeo but I just can’t wait to drive a bronco. I heard something about you have to have the chicken fried lobster tail at horseshoe Bay. I assume it’s a chicken fried lobster tail. Hope to see you all fans at the event. I will be bringing my bronco sport as I still don’t have my two-door full-size bronco yet.
