Just did a valve job on my 5.0 Bronco and have one wire I have no clue where it goes. Tried wiring diagram and never found it. It’s a single wire in the rear by the knock sensor. Looks orange in color? Any clues? Ground? Don’t see anything to plug it in to. Thanks

Orange is usually instrumentation. What year? Check it for voltage, power with switch on? check to see if its a ground. (Which I doubt) . Carb electric choke? Does the engine start snd run without it connected?
Good luck

1990 Bronco XLT 5.0. Plenum is still off until I find out where the wire goes. I’ll have to check for voltage.
