T&C put 37’s on theirs and lifted it, and it still rubs like a mf’er. Not sure how much of a lift as compared to the Sasquatch package though.

You need a 2"- 3" lift if you plan on actually using it. That entails replacing the Bilstein's with new coil overs. 4WParts has a setup..

As others have said, they will fit, but they will rub.

I spoke with Drew Peroni at the Woodward Dream Cruise about his Bronco. He started with a SAS Badlands and added the 37’s so he could get the 4.7 gears that came with SAS. He also added a 3” 4WP lift.

You need to consider gear ration when going from stock tires to 37’s. A non SAS auto Badlands has 4.46. I’m not sure what the black Diamond has in it for gears.

Correction. You need a 2"-3" suspension lift. Spacer lifts are for on pavement only in which case you don't actually need the lift. The 4WP set-up will work! Say no to spacers if you intend to off road even modestly.

Most guys running 4.10/4.11 ratios seem to think they are fine up to 35" tires. It's extremely common on Jeeps to run 35" tires and 4.11 gears. Very few consider it a worthwhile investment to upgrade to 4.56 or 4.88 unless you're coming from 3.45 or 3.73. A Bronco with 4.46 should be fine with 37" tires, and if you have 4.7 gears should be more than fine. I realize the Jeep has a 4:1 t-case, but most of the people running 37" consider 4.88 gearing, which isn't much different than the 4.7.

That is why I said use the 4WP coilover. You can't use spacers with the Bilsteins

The new bronco really needs a tire between the 35 and 37 for this sort of application. The stock tires on a SAS are not quite true 35s, so even going to a true 35 gives people that little, tiny elevation change in stance that many want just for looks... not necessarily better off road. Of course not all tires sold or sized as imperial 35s" are 35" in diameter either, it is a bit more complicated than that. 37s are big, and they look OK on 4 dr versions in my opinion, but they make the 2dr look absolutely silly, like a cartoon vehicle. Personally still don't like the way 37s look as a spare hanging back there, but that might change as it becomes the norm. Certainly there will be people doing 40s and lots of extra pokey poorly fit 37s, crawling over speed bumps...... Maybe someone will produce a good 35.5 - 36" off road tire for smaller diameter rims at some point.

So, to the OP, yes you can fit 37s, but they are not really functional. Rub city, speedo will be way off, not as bad as a modified non-sas bronco to fit 37s. Should be a relatively easy calibration though.......

He is not maxing out the adjustment on those coil overs that would most likely help the rubbing.

Where is the point of diminishing returns. Geez-us. Put some 31" tires on your rig and go have fun. Drive every trail you want, because deep down you don't need 33" tires, or 35" or 37" or 40" tires. 99.9% of us will never "need" those tires. It's funny, we lift the vehicle, add a ton of aftermarket parts which puts the height closer to stock and we lift it tall enough not to scrape the bash plates, which are there for exactly that reason. It's a stupid game of how can I build my rig, not how can I use my rig. BTW, who cares if it rubs? Why is that a bad thing. Don't rip parts off, but there's nothing wrong with rubbing on the most extreme trails. You're not going to be driving that extreme anyway that you have to worry about rubbing. For the love of all that's holy, I'm feeling salty today.

Yeah, but in the T&C video, it's rubbing when they go over a tiny hump in an otherwise extremely smooth dirt road (3:00 mark in the video). It would be embarrassing for me to have a brand new vehicle and have to explain the god awful noises it's making. And it would be totally useless in terms of offroad use for me. I couldn't listen to that over every bump. It's painful to hear, even if it isn't doing a lot of damage.

Did you watch the whole video? Mitch explains why it’s rubbing and how he needs to adjust it.

You can't just add a 1" leveling kit because the Bilstein's have position sensors, at least that's how I understand it

I thought they used the piston to determine position the shocks do not have any electrical connection. IE as the piston gets close to its full stroke up or down the holes in the piston reduce and keep the shock from bottoming out or over extending. At least this is how I understand the Bilsteins work.

When determining tire size I always remember to ask myself, "if the rule you followed brought you to this, of what use was the rule?"
