Have you physically gone to your dealer to see if it's sitting on their lot waiting for you to pick it up?
Alot of anecdotal stories on multiple forums are saying people aren't getting regular updates via email and or through their dealerships about the progress of their Bronco. If the Bronco is not on their lot, you need to work with the dealer to track it down, unfortunately they are really the only ones that can help. Most dealers have an inventory specialist that deals with ordering, both for their floorplan and custom orders...they have the contacts at the Ford plants, if they don't have an inventory specialist, their new car manager is your next best point of contact...or the GM/Owner if the previous folks aren't any help.
