This is a non-geographic club for Bronco Nation members who have ordered or taken delivery of a Heritage Edition or Heritage Limited Edition Bronco. Or anyone who has painted their top, grille, and/or wheels to look like a Heritage Edition. Or anyone who thinks the HE and HLE are cool. Or for anyone else who just wants to nerd out with us.

To join the club simply watch this thread or post a reply. We'll discuss HE/HLE specific features, share pics and stories, and who knows, maybe we'll even organize some HE/HLE road trips, meet-ups, and trail rides.

Here's a little reading material from the 2023 owners manual about some unique features of the modular hard top:

I read somewhere that the removable windows were discontinued on the mod top. This information came from the actual Heritage owners manual?

Correct, the 2023 Bronco Owners Manual. I believe it was speculation because of manufacturing delays and no further mention about them.

The images above are from pages 371-372 of the 2023 Ford Bronco Owner's Manual (Edition Date 202208).

The removable windows and the modular roof panel were also depicted in the 2021 manual (Edition Date 202101). The latching mechanism for the window was of a different design, but the roof panel appears to be the same. They were both omitted from the 2022 manual (Edition Date 202109) and the 2022.5 manual (Edition Date 202201).

I have not yet seen a functioning example of the removable windows or modular roof panel (the oval "gunners" hatch) in person. If anyone has, let me know (better yet, post some pictures/videos). I have my fingers crossed that these features will finally be a reality because they will make it possible to enjoy the open air without removing the roof rails and taking the entire top off.

Have a red (only available color I like) 2 door (only real Bronco) on order with 2.7 (can’t have “too much power”), auto (for 4 wheeling), switches (seems handy) and roof rack (why not?) ...thinking of adding tow package now that it doesn’t seem to be a constraint (prewired for brake controller if I actually do ever want to tow something)...will add bumpers, sliders, winch, lift, 37s”, steering rack, stereo...the list goes on...hope to see it by xmas... rubicon here we come again...

Our build is just like yours, we added the keyless entry pad and door storage bags. Thinking maybe before Christmas.
