Anyone figure out a rear CB antenna mount?

I've seen a ton of Jeep spare tire carrier mounts for a CB antennas, anyone mod one for their B's?
A big square Lightening Blue FE with puffy tires.....and a CB antenna for good measure! ;-)

If you're savvy on mobile telecommunications, perhaps you can help with another issue: a few of us have noted, on various threads, that Sirius reception can break up. In rural New England, I get gaps of 10 or 15 seconds--sometimes longer!
Do you know of an antenna or maybe some reception enhancement that would give us a better signal capture for Sirius? Right now, I'm going with Ford's original antenna (2022 Badlands Lux). Heck, I don't know if the antenna is even a part of the satellite reception!
I'd be very grateful if you know of a fix for this. And quite a few others, I'm sure!

The SiriusXM antenna is on the rear roll bar - the quarter panel mounted antenna is for AM/FM. If you are having reception issues, I would suggest a call to SiriusXM - perhaps they have a solution.
